About the Madrasa Contribuition (fees): 

Note (1): You may pay for the entire year, half year or per term. We do not collect weekly/fortnightly fees. Per term is as follows:

Note (2): All fees MUST be submitted in a sealed envelope with you child's FULL name and address and stating what term(s) etc is being paid. This is to avoid missing fees. If you are paying for more than one child, it is good practice to submit each child fees SEPERATELY, otherwise please state clearly what you are enclosing.

 

Note (3): Do note that all receipts will be issued within TEN days.

 

Note (4): If you are paying by CHEQUE and are a taxpayer, please ensure you make the cheque payable to "Al-Ansaar" AND that you have signed the gift aid form. A gift aid form will be sent out to all parents. Please ensure you send it back to the Madrasa as soon as possible.

 

Note (5): To minimise administration please ensure all fees are paid promptly.

 

Note (6): If you have difficulty in paying in THREE instalments, we can arrange up to FIVE instalments. Contact us we are here to help.

 

Note (7): A Black Box is near the office; all fees are to be placed in this secure box. The contents are emptied daily. This box is there to ease administration.

 
 
Note (8): There will be a GBP 5.00 admin charge for all fees received 4 weeks after the due date. Help us save valuable time chasing after overdue fees by paying promptly.
